We always recommend you ask your HOA in advance, as they all have different guidelines.  However, we have not met an HOA that has not approved our equipment.  Our equipment is new and clean, our graphics are professionally appointed, and because it's a rubber wheel trailer, it does not cause damage to the surfaces where it is placed.

A rubber wheel dumpster trailer has 2 rubber tires on each side and is pulled behind a truck.  The primary contact with a surface is the rubber wheels.  With dual axles, trailers are considered friendly as they reduce the risk of damage to driveways / parking lots. 

A roll-off container must be transported by and rolled on / off of a special truck. The container itself has steel rollers or feet that are in direct contact with the surface and carry the risk of surface scratches or damage. 

The storage area inside the container is 7' wide x 14' long x 4' high walls.  This is approximately 15 cubic yards.

We allow up to 2 tons of weight in our price, that's the equivalent of 4,000 pounds!  In our experience, a standard basement or garage clean out does not exceed this weight.  We recommend packing the trailer like you would pack a moving truck.  Take advantage of every inch of space, pack it neatly and tight.  if you have dressers, pack the drawers, stack boxes neatly and evenly.  You will be amazed how much you can fit in our trailer!

Toss & Tote Services will place the trailer at your specified location for the agreed upon rental period.  Only Toss & Tote Services personnel can move or transport the equipment.  We have enough equipment to cover multiple locations.  Our published standard pricing covers one piece of equipment at one location.
